Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Godforge Creator Hub at creators.godforge.gg (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Fateless Ltd. By creating an account, applying to the program, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Who we are

Fateless Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Amelia House, Crescent Road, Worthing, England, BN11 1QR. Contact email: contact@fateless.gg.

The Service is the creator program platform for the Godforge game. It lets approved creators submit content for review, complete educational lessons, and redeem points earned for in-program rewards.

Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

  • be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence if higher

  • be legally permitted to enter into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you

  • comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use to fulfil bounties (for example YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X, Instagram)

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Your account

Each creator may hold one active account on the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide on the application form and on your profile, and for keeping your sign-in provider account secure. You must not share account access with anyone else, transfer your account, or use someone else’s account to circumvent a suspension.

If you discover unauthorised use of your account, notify us at contact@fateless.gg as soon as possible.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property rights, breaches confidentiality, or violates the law of any jurisdiction in which it is published

  • submit content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive

  • attempt to bypass platform safeguards (rate limits, abuse filters, role gates, payment or redemption logic)

  • use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to interact with the Service except through documented APIs and within the documented rate limits

  • impersonate another creator, member of staff, or representative of Fateless Ltd

  • attempt to obtain unauthorised access to data, accounts, or systems

We may, at our discretion, remove any submission, withhold any reward, suspend any account, or refer the matter to law enforcement when we determine that an act under this section has occurred.

Creator program

Bounties

Bounties are tasks the Service publishes from time to time. Each bounty states its requirements, the rewards on offer, and the verification method.

When you submit a bounty:

  • the content you link to must be your original work, posted on a creator account that you control

  • you grant Fateless Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to view, embed, link to, and showcase the content for the purpose of running the creator program (for example in moderator review, in highlights, or in promotional material related to the program). The licence applies to the linked content only, and only for the duration of the program.

  • you remain the owner of your content. Removing the underlying content from the third-party platform terminates the licence above.

  • our review team decides whether the submission meets the bounty’s requirements. Decisions are final, but rejected submissions may be resubmitted up to the limit stated on the bounty. Once that limit is reached, further submissions for that bounty are blocked.

Lessons

Lessons are educational modules you can complete to earn XP and points. Completion is recorded on your account once you mark the lesson complete in the Service.

Points and the store

Points and other in-program reward currencies have no cash value. They are not redeemable for money, transferable to another creator, or otherwise treated as a financial instrument. They expire according to the rules stated on the bounty or lesson that awarded them.

The store offers items you can redeem for points. Stock is limited; redemption follows a first-in-first-out rule against your eligible balance. We aim to fulfil approved redemptions in a reasonable time, but fulfilment is best-effort and depends on stock, your jurisdiction, and any third-party fulfilment partners. If we cannot fulfil a redemption, the points spent will be refunded to your account.

Content and intellectual property

The Godforge brand, the Godforge game, and all assets, lore, characters, music, and software associated with them are the property of Fateless Ltd and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

You may use Godforge IP in your bounty submissions only as far as the program’s brand-and-IP guidelines allow. The current guidelines are stated separately in the program documentation; we may update them from time to time.

The Service itself, including its source code, design, content, and underlying systems, is owned by Fateless Ltd or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates, security fixes, or in response to events outside our reasonable control. We may also discontinue the Service or any part of it; if we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice and let you export your data first.

Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy & Data section of your profile.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use rules above

  • we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or attempted circumvention of the program

  • a sign-in provider revokes the credentials we relied on for your account

  • it is necessary to comply with the law

Suspension may be temporary or permanent. We will notify you of the reason where possible. Termination ends your right to participate in the program and forfeits any unspent points; we will export and delete your account data in line with the Privacy Policy on request.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that any data submitted will be preserved without loss.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100) or the total amount we have charged you (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Fateless Ltd against any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.

Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the "Last updated" date and, where the change affects active creators, give a reasonable advance notice (typically by email or by a banner inside the Service). Your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in another EU or EEA member state may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence to the extent applicable consumer-protection law requires.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be given in writing.

Assignment

We may transfer or assign these Terms, or any of our rights and obligations under them, to a corporate successor, an affiliate, or in connection with a sale of assets. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our prior written consent.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Fateless Ltd regarding the Service. They supersede any earlier agreements or representations.
